I’m thrilled to share our first company update with you. Yellow Brick Consulting, Inc. is a healthcare consulting firm specializing in Operational Planning at the front end of projects and Transition and Activation Planning on the back end. As the President and CEO, I’m passionate about delivering unparalleled project management expertise to the healthcare industry.

I began my career as a consultant because I was frustrated with working on projects on which consultants came in and unloaded a pile of work on my desk and considered this “consulting”. My vision of a consultant stemmed from my needs as a client:  a partner to work with me, to help complete the work, and present alternate solutions to my approach. So, for the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to the Transition and Activation planning field in healthcare facilities.

Now my journey has brought me to the point in my career at which I am able to create an organization that is as unique as the field we serve. An organization that values Integrity, Leadership, Courage, Diversity, Inclusion, Responsiveness, Presence, and Lifelong Learning. At Yellow Brick, we are committed to being the preeminent healthcare consulting firm dedicated to providing a collaborative partnership, focused on your journey to excellence. We partner with our clients on their path to activation, guiding them through the various steps, while sharing lessons learned and best practices we have gained through our experience.

Our team is composed of experienced healthcare clinicians, who have literally “been there and done that”. We have walked in your shoes and have served in the following clinical and administrative healthcare roles: Bedside RN, House Supervisor, Directors of various Clinical Services, Director of Transition/Activation Planning, Hospital and Department Educators, Clinical Instructors, Disaster Coordinators, Regulatory/Compliance Chair, Joint Commission Coordinator and Special Project Managers.
