On Saturday, November 3, 2018, members of the Yellow Brick team walked in solidarity with over 700 Southern Californians at the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk at Griffith Park in Los Angeles. Together their team of more than 30 members raised $2230, towards the walks total funds raised of $120, 280. Over 120 children will now be able to attend Camp Blood Brothers and Sisters, a medical summer camp for children with bleeding disorders, at The Painted Turtle free of charge.
“Every year our team grows and it is incredible to witness the support we receive,” said Christina Olivarria, Communications Manager at Yellow Brick. Christina’s son 10-year-old Ethan was diagnosed with severe Hemophilia A when he was born. “I am thankful to work for an organization that not only supports me professionally but also personally.”
