On September 5, 2018, the Yellow Brick team planned and organized a successful Dress Rehearsal led by Senior Project Manager Lynn Aguilera. Dress Rehearsal is an event that allows frontline staff to familiarize themselves with their new work environment, while testing planned workflows, validating equipment functionality, and ensuring the planned space is ready for operations.
Having successfully facilitated and participated in over 100 Dress Rehearsal events across North America, the Yellow Brick team continuously is adding lessons learned from previous facilities, modifying their program to the latest and greatest processes.
