Yellow Brick is thrilled to announce that Jeff Agner, MPH, has joined the Yellow Brick family. Jeff has more than 13 years of experience and has successfully led or participated in numerous transition projects throughout North America. Jeff is an industry subject matter expert for the Transition and Activation Planning process and is committed to advancing healthcare project management. Jeff has developed numerous tools and processes for Transition and Activation and has already made an impact with our clients who have called him an “angel” at one project and he has been nominated to receive a Rose Award at another.

“Our team is ecstatic to have Jeff as a leader on our team,” said Yellow Brick President Kelly Guzman. “His industry knowledge, leadership skills, ability to teach, learn and be a team player will be invaluable to our Yellow Brick family.”

Jeff will be serving as both the Director of Transition and Activation Planning for the organization and a Senior Project Manager while onsite.
